I've temporarily repurposed my bedroom wall to view my cast of characters, locations, and various snippets and get a collective look at my visuals. Sure, I could gather all this into an online app, but there's something about having them there, staring at me right before I go to sleep, that gives me a sense of their lives. Their stories feel all the more real. My family somehow forgives me.
